What is the standard shipping timeframe?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping via UPS or USPS usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and hemmed denim are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.
How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the life and color of your denim, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash cold with a mild detergent and hang to dry.
Do you provide hemming services?
We offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price denim purchases. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes; however, please be aware that hemmed items cannot be returned.

We take pride in our heritage and quality. All of our garments are designed and manufactured exclusively in the United States using the finest sourced materials from Japan and the USA.
